Your comfort and enjoyment of the community you live in depends upon what you expect from and give to the community. Kings River Village Community Association (KRVCA) is a deed-restricted community. The restrictions, established by the builder, were intended to ensure a reliable set of expectations for the residents.

In order to maintain the deed restrictions, the community has a board of seven volunteers who maintain oversight for the operation of the community. In addition, Kingwood Association Management (KAM) has been contracted to manage our daily affairs. KAM is your source for all information related to the community.

KRVCA has a monthly board meeting on the 3rd Monday of each month*. These meetings are your opportunity to raise questions, become involved or simply to observe and gain a better understanding of how your community is maintained. 

* If a quorum (four board members) cannot be met, the monthly meeting may be cancelled without notice. 

This website has been created to aid in providing you with information you need. No, it is not a complete set of information and it is not maintained as well as most of us would like but it is enabling us to do a better job of sharing information with the community. Similarly, you can send us email from this website and it does go to the board and to KAM. All responses will be from KAM as we try to keep the personal email of the board protected.
