The pool is maintained by Aquatic Management. It is open to all residents of Kings River Village. In addition, the pool and/or the pool house may be rented to residents only for private parties.

The Kingfish swim team will occupy the pool until at least 2 pm on each of these dates.
Renting the Pool
The pool is now available for rental, to residents only, for private parties. The cost is $180 which includes:
- lifeguards
- use of the pool house for 2 hours
- pool use fee
The maximum guests allowed are 50. Hours available: 8:00 am - 10:00 am and 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
There is also a $100 refundable deposit that can be in the form of a check made payable to KRVCA. If you would like to reserve the pool, please fill out the pool party reservation form and mail it with your checks ($180 for rental & $100 refundable deposit - see form for directions) to the address on the form. ( Get pool reservation form) If you want to check your date or have any questions, you can call Aquatic Management at 281-446-5003.
Reserving the Pool House
The pool house is available for residents to reserve for private parties.
There is no rental fee, only a $100 refundable deposit. The deposit can be in the form of a check made payable to KRVCA. The room is only available for 2 hours per reservation, between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.
To reserve the room, complete the room reservation form and send it to the address listed on the form. ( Get pool HOUSE reservation form) Please call Aquatic Management at 281-446-5003 for further information, or to check date availability.
